Minister's absence due to treatment
Iceland's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ingibjorg Solrun Gisladottir, will undergo radiation therapy at the Karolinska hospital in Stockholm next week. This concludes a treatment of a brain tumour which was diagnosed last September. It is expected that the minister will be absent from work for 3-5 days due to the treatment.
